To Apply for Financing at JED:
- Go to our website jedhvac.com
- Locate the “Financing” tab on the top – Click on it
- Scroll down till you see the link: NEIF (National Energy Improvement Fund) https://www.neifund.org/contractor/30319/jed-heating-and-cooling
- You will see Our Company Name Appear- under NEIF- click on the “Apply Now” Button
- Choose the First One (EnergyPlus Loan)
- Click the “Next” Button
- Fill out Every Line
- If you are using a Co-Borrower, be sure to Check the Box (and fill out Their Information also)
- Click the “Next” Button
- Fill out Everything on this Page
- Click the “Next” Button
- Using the Improvements Arrow- Select the Correct item, put in the Exact Job Amount
- Using the Term Arrow- Select the Term best for you- 36, 60, or 120 Months
- Put in the Amount of Down Payment and then the Amount you are Requesting
- Click the “Next” Button
- On this Page- You will Verify Everything You did- make sure it’s all Correct
- At the Very Bottom- Check both the boxes and then Click “Submit”.

just couple of questions : if my dad has a 80k btu furnace would a 60k that is in your advertisement good enough to heat house..2nd is his central air isnt or hasnt worked for a while. he is older man , he tells me that he was told by fayette furnace that “a radiator leaked or something, now thats what he says” if we were to get a 2000 air unit would his current furnace be checked before deal was final. thefurnace now heats fine and works great.
