Used Jed over 4 years ago for my ac .they were on time , best price and best service techs. So Thursday night when I got home at 9:30 to discover thermostat at 71 but temp was 65 inside and -5 outside. After troubleshooting to no luck at 10:25 I called JED’s 24 hour line. Wes was here with in the hour ,he said he’d be here. Bad induction motor, had to order the part, they had by Friday at2:00 and installed by 3:30.
